I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology at the International University in Novi Pazar, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the State University in North Macedonia. During my Master’s program, my focus was on exploring the relationships between emotional processes, physical responses, and psychological well-being.
Additionally, I completed a one-year training in psychosomatic psychotherapy in Moscow, which further deepened my therapeutic approach and understanding of psychosomatic patterns. Furthermore, I studied the fundamentals of psychotherapy at the University of Novi Sad, which enhanced both my theoretical and practical competence.
I am currently undertaking a three-year training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in Belgrade. At present, I live and work in Zurich, where I offer psychological counseling and support for adults seeking personal development, emotional balance, and improved quality of life.
My degrees were obtained in Serbia and North Macedonia, and I am currently in the process of having my qualifications recognized.
Note
The services I provide fall under counseling and educational work and are not a substitute for psychiatric treatment or psychotherapy within the healthcare system. I work in accordance with the ethical principles of the psychological profession and within the scope of my education and competencies.

Work with Older Adults
Mature life often brings periods of reflection, changes in daily rhythm, and new life challenges. Retirement, shifts in family dynamics, the loss of loved ones, or physical changes can trigger deep emotions—sadness, loneliness, worry, or nostalgia.
At the same time, this is also a time when many wish to find peace, meaning, and a deeper understanding of their life journey.
In my work with older adults, I provide a warm, attentive, and safe space where one can speak about what matters—without rush and without judgment. Through gentle exploration of life experiences, we work together on:
Accepting changes and finding inner peace,
Understanding the emotions that accompany mature life,
Reducing feelings of loneliness and tension,
Reflecting on life experiences with greater meaning and gratitude,
Strengthening connection with oneself and others.
My work with older adults is based on respect for life experience, empathy, and authentic contact. The pace and approach are always adapted to individual needs, with the option of in-person sessions in Zurich or online.
Work with Women
Modern life places numerous roles and expectations on women—balancing family, work, partnerships, and personal needs often brings tension and a sense of overload. At certain periods of life—such as pregnancy, motherhood, menopause, relationship breakups, or re-evaluating life paths—deep emotional upheavals may also arise.
Through conversation and support, I help women to:
Strengthen self-confidence and self-acceptance,
Find balance between caring for others and caring for themselves,
Understand and express their emotions in a healthy way,
Overcome feelings of guilt, insecurity, or exhaustion,
Develop a deeper sense of meaning, inner stability, and freedom.
My work with women is based on trust, authentic dialogue, and respect for each individual’s pace of change.
